Shipping & Returns

Shipping

2Scents.com ships within the United States and its territories. Orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (USPS and UPS).

Exception: orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and P.O. boxes will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Military addresses such as those shipping to APO/FPO are usually not trackable due to military restrictions. Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Your order should be received within 4-7 business days from the time that you place your order. 

 

Shipping Costs/Options

FREE SHIPPING Flat Rate USPS Ground Shipping (2-5 days) is available for orders of $59 or more.
IMPORTANT: You must manually select the Free Shipping button at checkout.


Flat Rate USPS Ground Shipping (2-5 days) is $4.95 for a single item plus an additional $1.00 for each additional item.

Expedited Flat Rate USP 2nd Day Shipping (2-3 days) is $12.95 for a single item plus an additional $1.00 for each additional item.

Orders Over $59 Ship FREE
(products only; excludes any sales tax or shipping cost). If you would like expedited shipping please see our shipping options at check out. 

The shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) if your order meets the requirements below.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for any cosmetics and skincare items (e.g. lotions and creams) due to health reasons. 

To Return an Item(s)

1. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in new condition. They must not be noticeably used.

2. You are responsible for the return shipping cost (tracking is highly recommended).

3. Login to your account within 30 days of receiving your order and request a return.

4. All returned items purchased on 2Scents.com must be received within 14 days of notifying us of the return. Items purchased through our Facebook Shop and Instagram Shoppable post must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (per Facebook's Merchant Terms). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

5. When we receive your item(s) you will receive a refund less the original shipping cost, and credit card fees. At our discretion, we may issue a store credit or a refund back to your funding instrument. 

6. If the item(s) is noticeably used we will not provide a store credit or refund.

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order contact us immediately via our Contact Us page or by phone at (470) 877-8080. We will make every effort to cancel your order. Orders are typically submitted for fulfillment the same day and cannot be cancelled if they have shipped. If your order is canceled before being shipped, any transaction fees charged (e.g. credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.) will be deducted from the order total, because those fees are not refunded back to us. 

Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately via our Contact Us page or by phone. Please keep all packaging materials. We may ask you to send us a digital photo of the damage.
