Shipping

2Scents.com ships within the United States and its territories. Orders are shipped via a trackable shipping carrier (USPS and UPS).

Exception: orders that ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and P.O. boxes will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation. Military addresses such as those shipping to APO/FPO are usually not trackable due to military restrictions. Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Your order should be received within 4-7 business days from the time that you place your order. 

 

Shipping Costs/Options

Flat Rate USPS Ground Shipping (2-5 days) is $5.95 for a single item plus an additional $1.00 for each additional item.

Flat Rate USP 2nd Day Shipping (2-3 days) is $11.95 for a single item plus an additional $1.00 for each additional item.

We ship your order via standard ground carrier with a flat rate of $5.95 per order (There is no additional charge for ordering multiple products like other online stores). Orders Over $59 Ship FREE (products only; excludes any sales tax or shipping cost). If you would like expedited shipping please see our shipping options at check out. 

The shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.

 

Returns

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return most items (we cannot accept returns for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons). 

To Return an Item(s)

1. All returned items must be in their original condition (unopened sealed product packaging and unused).

2. Notify 2Scents.com within 48 hours of receiving your order via our Contact Us page with your order number and the product details of the item(s) you would like to return. We will respond quickly with return instructions.

3. All returned items purchased on 2Scents.com must be received within 14 days of notifying us of the return. Items purchased through our Facebook Shop and Instagram Shoppable post must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date (per Facebook's Merchant Terms). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. When we receive your item(s) you will receive a full refund less at 20% restocking fee and the original shipping cost (if any).

 

Exchanges

You may exchange most items (we cannot accept exchanges for cosmetics and skincare items due to health reasons). 

To Exchange an Item(s)

1. All exchanged items must be in their original condition (unopened sealed product packaging and unused).

2. Notify 2Scents.com within 48 hours of receiving your order via our Contact Us page with your order number, product details of the item(s) you would like to exchange (what your are returning and the item(s) you would like to exchange it with). We will respond quickly with return instructions.

3. All exchanged items must be received by 2Scents.com within 14 days of notifying us of the exchange. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. When we receive your item(s) we will debit or credit the amount of your order based on the cost difference between the exchanged items. The original shipping cost (if any) will also be deducted from the final amount and you will be charged shipping for the exchanged item(s).

 

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order contact us immediately after placing the order via our Contact Us page or by phone. We will make every effort to cancel your order. All orders are submitted for fulfillment the same day and cannot be cancelled. 

 

Damaged/Wrong Items

In the unlikely event that your order or part of your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately via our Contact Us page. Please keep all packaging materials for five business days after notifying us.
